Sourced from Kenya's highlands, this innovative blend combines the delicate essence of Japanese sencha with subtle floral notes and a velvety smooth finish. The dried green leaves steep into a rich russet-gold cup with light, grassy undertones that linger pleasantly on the palate.
How To Brew
Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 250-300ml in the teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
