At High Summit Tea, we carefully pack every order to ensure your tea arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, seasonal promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.


UK Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Tracked service where available

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the cart total of your order.


Free Shipping

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £40.

The free shipping threshold applies after discounts have been applied and is available only to UK delivery addresses.


Local Collection

Customers may collect orders from our shop in Keswick.

If local collection is available, this option will appear at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.


Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted delivery partners, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

High Summit Tea Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Postal service disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes. Additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel is returned to us and requires reshipping.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the delivery provider to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, details will be provided on our website and at checkout.
