Cinnamon Bun Chai blends rooibos with warming spices—cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, black and white pepper, clove, nutmeg, and star anise—sourced from South Africa, Thailand, and India. Expect coppery-brown dried leaves that steep into a reddish-orange cup with sweet spice aromas. Perfect with milk and sugar to enhance its full character.
How To Brew
Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 250-300ml in the teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
